1. Digital Product & Instant Access

• Digital Delivery: CreatiquePro products are 100% digital products. Upon successful completion of payment (e.g. ₹299 launch price), instant digital download links and access instructions are delivered to the email address provided at checkout.
• License & Use: Subject to payment, CreatiquePro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the BusinessOS Toolkit (Excel & Google Sheets files) for your own business or personal financial tracking.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital files, templates, graphics, formulas, code, video tutorials, branding, and written content associated with CreatiquePro and the BusinessOS Toolkit are the exclusive intellectual property of CreatiquePro and Rasmiya.

3. Pricing & One-Time Payment

• All pricing displayed on the site (including promotional ₹299 launch pricing, reduced from ₹999) represents a one-time payment for lifetime access to the purchased version of the BusinessOS Toolkit.
• There are no recurring monthly software subscription fees associated with the toolkit.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future buyers.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Due to the immediate, non-returnable digital nature of downloadable spreadsheet products, all sales are considered final once digital download access has been provided.
• If you experience technical difficulties opening or accessing your files, our support team will assist you to ensure you receive working copies of the Excel and Google Sheets templates.

5. System Requirements & Compatibility

• Software Requirements: The BusinessOS Toolkit requires a compatible spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel (2016 or newer / Microsoft 365) or Google Sheets.
• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining compatible software and hardware to open and edit `.xlsx` or Google Sheets files.
• Trademarks: Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets are registered trademarks of Microsoft Corporation and Google LLC. CreatiquePro is an independent digital template provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft or Google.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• The BusinessOS Toolkit, spreadsheets, calculators, and instructional content are provided "as is" for informational and operational assistance purposes only.
• CreatiquePro and Rasmiya do not provide formal tax, legal, or certified accounting advice. Financial calculations, GST estimators, and pricing models should be verified with your licensed accountant or tax advisor for compliance with local regulations.
• In no event shall CreatiquePro be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our digital products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
